That''s what the Mexican guys at work call John McCain. Is it a complement? I know "cabeza" means head, what does "masilla" mean? Smart?

  1. Masilla means Clay.

  2. They're calling you Clay Head  as in Mush for Brains.

  3. Haha, well literally it translates to "Clay head" or "Putty head" which would basically be like calling someone "S**t head" (which is actually cabeza de mierda)

So no, it's not a compliment and I'm guessing he doesn't like McCain :)
