What does "Cannot retrieve message 4144 for CNECTD" mean?

I have one member of this group I run that is having trouble retrieving messages from our group home web page. I am curious how I can correct his issue and don't know what to do

it sounds like a browser issue on the members end, and there'd be nothing you as an owner can do to fix that
