  1. Caveat Emptor means let the buyer beware. I don't know the other one. It does mean something about bulls**t though.

  2. Sorry I have my latin-vocabulary far...but I try to help you..

The first is from latin verb "Caveo-es cavi cavitum cavere" is translated.

pay attention ..defend from..something or someone..Ex: "Cave canem"

" attention dog !" was written on gates in old Rome..

Taurus is "Bull" cerebrum is "brain"..vincit is a verb.(vico-is vici victum vicere)...I try a tranlation but I am not sure..in Italian " Il cervello vince la forza del toro"...in English "the brain vanquishes the bull's force (strength) " Brain is used for "intelligence"

    by..by Francis from Florence --Italy

  3. I think that it is retranslation from English, since "Taurus excreta" is gramatically wrong (must be "excreta tauri") and there is no Latin word "excreta" meaning  "faeces", must be "merda tauri".

So translation will be following: 1. Let the buyer beware 2. Bullshit (rubbish) defeats the brain.
