What does "Don't Think" mean?

In MythBusters Episode "Airplane Hour", the aircraft warning sounds - "Don't think."

What does this mean?

I havent seen that episode but i think you might have miss heard " Dont Sink"

It means you're really close to the ground going quite fast whilst landing.

its just a joke. they were trying to be funny so they rigged it up to say that.

Yes the words are "Don't Sink" and it comes from the Ground Proximity warning system.
