What does "Elementarian" mean?

I have seen it as a job title for someone at an international school. I can't find it in the dictionary, and a general google search doesn't come up with anything seemingly relevant. Has anyone heard of "elementarian"? Is this a made-up job title?

I couldn't find it anywhere either. It may be a made-up word.

I think they might be talking about an "Elementary" teacher.

Or they could want more students- "elementarian people"

XD just call them and ask them what it means, won't you look smart??
