What does "Jeg er Norsk" mean?

In english. I know Jeg means I or Me and Norsk means Norwegian. but the er i don't know

It means: I´m Norwegian. Norwegian is spoken in Norway, a country in Scandinavia in the north of Europe.

It's Norwegian which by the way is not the same as Dutch (which is the language of the Netherlands which is the section you placed this question in)
