What does "On FedEx vehicle for delivery" mean?

I'm waiting for my alienware computer with gaming keyboard and monitor to be delivered.

On FedEx vehicle for delivery

LANSING, MI

Lansing is only about 1 hour from my house. Why is it taking like 6 hours to get here?

Do I need to call or should I just go and pick it up?

I will be home all day today and tomorrow, so if they would just deliver the dang thing...

FedEx doesn't usually deliver in mid michigan, at least where I live, it's normally UPS or USPS. Would that make any difference? I wouldn't think so. I mean, delivery cost me like $150 so they should deliver it even if I'm in Alaska...

It literally means it's on the truck and is en route to your home for delivery.....it should be delivered by 4:00 this afternoon.......it only comes earlier if it's marked as "Priority" - which means it gets delivered before 11:00 am.  You'll just have to wai t until the driver gets to you...they've probably got a ton of other deliveries to make along the way.

It means it's on the truck ready to be delivered to you.

I sugest you call Fedex to find out what's going on.

The truck has many other packages to deliver as well. You will get your package when it is your turn. Residential deliveries usually are later in the day.

They don't make a special trip with just your package.

It means exactly what the message says. Your package is on the truck. Do you feel that you should get preference or is it possible that there is a routing which they will adhere to.

It's on it's way and loaded on the delivery truck. They have until 7pm to delivery it to you.

And in regards to Fedex doesn't deliver to your area, I'm pretty sure they do. Fedex delivers to more places than UPS and DHL. And if for any reason they do not, they hire an outside delivery company to delivery on their behalf.
