  1. Queen of fake smiles: a girl who is not honest w/ others, she pretends to like people hence the term  fake smiles. a lot of people fake smile w/ people they dont like. believer of false truths: someone who is naive and believes in lies.

  2. I would think anyone described as "Queen of fake smiles" would be an expert at smiling, so much so that it would be difficult or impossible to tell if the smiles were genuine or not... to me, this does imply that her smiles are usually not genuine.

As for the second part, "believer of false truths"... well, obviously, a false truth is a lie, and this describes someone who believes in more than one lie... maybe even promotes these lies, in the same way she smiles "fake smiles"...

Whatever, it is someone who is fake, false, mistaken.

Pretty words, though ~~ wish I knew where the quote came from!  :)

  3. Someone who is superficial, shallow, empty. Just a nice, friendly cover often living a lie, a picture perfect lie.

  4. Queen of fake smiles = Deceitful/phony female.

Believer of false truths = Gullible/ lacking good judgment.

  5. sounds like a vicious circle to me:

A queen of fake smiles is someone who is either hypocritical or else accustomed to situations that require a social pleasantness she does not actually feel. If your quote means she is also a believer of false truths, it would means she belives whatever she hears and can be as easily deceived by others as others are deceived by her smiles.
