What does "RERA" mean after Q1015 in a TAF/METAR?

I mean RA stands I think for rain, but RE?

  1. recent rain.
    when the last metar was being made(last 10min) it wasn't raining,but the previous time was.


  2. it means recent rain (within the last 2 hours)
