  1. It is "Schlossbrauerei"  which means Castle Brewery

  2. Hi,

    I thinks it is slightly misspelled and it should be like this:

    Schlossbrauerei Unterbaar.

    Schlossbrauerei means Castle Brewery and Unterbaar is a region in Germany in the South of Germany.

    Here is the website of the brewery. Just check it out:

    I am a native German.

    I hope this helped.

  3. It's a brewery in the city of Underbaar, Germany. The word schloss means castle. By the way it's not braunerei, it's actually Brauerei, which is the translation for brewery. In the German language the "a" in Brauerei would actually have the two dots on top of it.

  4. I'm not quite sure.  Germans like to stick smaller words together to make bigger words, so you'll need to break the above down into its smaller parts.

    Here's what I do know:

    Schloss = Castle

    Braun = Brown

    Unter = Under

    I did some checking, I think Braunerei is a last name.  So... It probably translates to Braurnerei Castle Under ???

    Ok, I did some more checking, you have the spelling wrong.  Its "Schlossbraueri Unterbaar".  Schlossbrauerei means "Castle Brewery" and Unterbaar is a city in Bayern (Bavaria) Germany.  So, its basically the Castle Brewery in the city of Unterbaar.

    Schloßbrauerei Unterbaar
