well como means how and asi means so as in asi- asi means so so.

therefore it means how so.

"Como asi" is like saying "How so?"

For example, it can be used un a conversation like this:

A: Fui al mercado hoy.

(I went to the market today.)

B: Y como asi, si no tienes un carro?

(How so, if you don't own a car?)

A: Julio me llevó en su camioneta.

(Julio took me there in his car/truck.)

it could also mean "how, like this?"

just keep in mind that "como" is eating(as in you are eating)

or it also means how like "how do i do this?"

depends how u put it in a sentence.
