What does "eh, hoser?" mean?

Canadianism. "eh" is similar to how "right is used today". e.g. "I know, right?" Hoser originally meant someone who siphoned gas, but it basically means a*****e. It doesn't matter if you can read that, it's more of a general term, like pendejo in Spanish.

Edit: WTF. I originally had a-dash-hole and it censored it. I changed it to a*****e and it didn't.
