What does "experience level" means asked by a recruitment agency?

Is it the # of years employed to a certain job, or as Position level or as Good/VGood/Excellent...help!

its about all of that at once,they want u to spill out everything so to speak because they cant help if they dont know how to relate your experiences creatively to a more wider sense in terms of usefulness,i supposed.so ask them what they want or need to know,communication is the most or least u should have.
