Yes it does.It means if an 'interested' guy  goes on fifteen dates  each with any of the top fifteen different  spoiled tennis zillionaires  one will probably have to spend a minimum of  $15,000 in dinners  to try and make one of them happy and then one will get  'love'- so yes  as u may have heard   love= zero.
