What does "fiscal analysis" mean?

I'm grading a classmates resume and I came across this listed under "Computing Skills."

- Proficiency and regular use of Lotus Notes, DabbleDB, Microsoft Office, Windows XP and Vista

- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel for use in Business Environments.

- Fiscal Analysis

- Personnel Management

- Stability Projection

Does that make sense? What the h**l is fiscal analysis, personnel management, and stability projection? And how do all those relate to use with computers? Is he saying that he can do these things with Excel? If so, can someone please explain. Thanks!

  1. In business terminology, fiscal analysis is similar to financial analysis. Maybe your classmate would like to say that he can put his analysis and personnel data into excel spreadsheets, or whatever.
