its german, well the 'nicht offnen' is, it means not open, 'Flugrekorder' as far as i know, doesnt mean anything in the english language, if you do some more research on it maybe you;ll find what it means.

This seems to be a warning label on a 'black box' flight recorder. If you have found one do not open it as you could jeopardise any chance of investigators retrieving information from this item.

flugrekorder =  flight recorder, nicht = (do) not, offnen = open
