i cant be sure, but to be more helpful, can u describe how it was said? the sentence i mean. and it would also help a lot if u mention the nationality of the person who said cuz it makes a big difference in the accent ;)

the closest possibility that came to my mind though is "HOT" like a hot girl, or a hot plate! hehe
