What does "hollla" mean???

i hear it all the time not like syaing hey kinda holla but idk that could be what it means???? idk . HELP ME!! thanks

"holla" just means to get in touch with someone, or more specifically call the person. It came from people saying "holler" as in to yell. To call out loud for someone...

"Holla at him for me."
