What does "lingdo" in tagalog mean again? is it "cross-eyed"?

  1. In  Filipino language,  "cross-eyed" means "duling" (doling) but because it is not  nice to call people as such,  people  invert the word duling   to lingdu.(lingdo) so as not to  mention the obvious.


  2. It's more of "duling" or "doling" and whoever told you that just jumbled the syllables to make it more appropriate or at least not offensive for others. and yes it means "cross-eyed"
