  4. Lumbang is "barangay" (district) of Ciudad de Isabela, the capital of the province of Basilan, Philippines. I guess a "Lumbango" is the name for somebody who lives there, was born there, or the language/dialect they speak there.

    ("Lumbango" is also the name of places in Zambia and Angola and "Lumbang" is a village in Burma)
