It is Italian. The proper way to say that sentence is "la mia cucina."

la mia (lah mee-ah) = my

cucina (koo-chee-nah) = kitchen

cucina means both the kitchen where food is prepared and the resulting cuisine. In fact the French cognate cuisine has both meanings, the place and the food, as in French cuisine, Chinese cuisine, etc.

La mia cucina most probably means the place. Cucina Italiana can mean either. If it is the name of restaurant it means Italian Kitchen, though as a parenthetical description it would be Italian cuisine, explaining what is offered.
