What does "no-s" mean regarding a coin proof set from 1983?

I saw the term on an ebay auction and have no clue what it means. Please help

  1. In rare instances, the mint mark is missing from a coin.  "S" means it was minted in San Francisco.


  2. The "S" mint mark is missing from the dime, which makes is a very expensive error. The eBay lot linked below has a very good photo of the dime with the missing mint mark:
