What does "pa-cheeseburger naman" mean?

In the McDonald's tv ad, this phrase was particularly (strategically) mentioned in the various life scenarios of teens.In the context of the tv commercial, the phrase means "this calls for a celebration --and you're buyin!!)." Ridiculous reasons to buy a cheeseburger, anytime is cheeseburger time.

When McDonald's crafted the tv ad, this was part of the objective, something the young will remember and repeat to friends, leading of course to tremendous sales.

Looking at their burger menu line up, the cheeseburger is "the middle child" that is needed attention in terms of sales. the el cheap-o Burger Mcdo, the most affordable, should be doing well. The Big Mac, with its own different market is pretty stable. This occasionally the need to herald the taken-for-granted products.

Its not slang.  It's "will you treat me to a cheeseburger?"

It means "Treat me out to cheeseburgers."

The origin of that is the McDonald's commercial where they came up with a promo for their Cheeseburgers.  The logic is that cheeseburgers were so cheap and affordable that for whatever reason, one can now treat his / her friends to cheeseburgers.

With the above etymology, it should be, "Pa-cheeseburger ka naman (sa McDonald's).

Translated, it should read "Treat me out to Cheeseburgers (in McDonald's)."

When someone said that to you it means that you have to treat then for burgers or you have to treat them for food..

It's from a local McDonald's commercial ... when you say that, you usually tell others/someone to treat you because he/she has done something very good or very achieving that day...
