  1. A wet lease or rental means that the cost of fuel is included in the rental cost.


  2. "Wet" means you don't have to fuel it.  Fuel burn is figured into the hourly rate.

  4. its leasing a plane, and yes, the owner takes care of the fuel, and i think maintenance too
