  1. Half of the Time you have to be a  'mind reader' to understand these 'pplz' Questions, " she ratchet?

    is it 'she's ratchet' or 'she rachets' OR IS THAT Gang TALK, 'SHE RATCHET', NO PLURALS.....LOL?

    Either way, I haven't the foggiest idea but, I am trying.......I'd give almost anything to see the 'Resumes' for you Guys/Gals.


  2. That means a persons nasty or stupid. She ratchett is saying she's nasty...

  3. A ratchet is a tool you use to tighten a bolt, etc...   maybe it means really tightened  up?
