  1. Reebok provides their employees employment, a steady income (comparably better than their fellow countrymen), and opportunities they didn't have before.  Reebok is accredited by the Fair Labor Association which checks that workers are not abused and their work is properly compensated.

    I realize you might be thinking sweatshop conditions, but even though they are paid pretty low wage, it still is comparatively higher and better than having to go through even less legal, backbreaking and unhealthy route.  Eventually, capital and wealth will build up faster than not having factories like Reebok at all.  More capital means money to invest in better education, and funds for would-be entrepreneurs.
