  1. Hello, it is simply stating that if you don't pay for the item, the seller (the person who is selling the item), is eligible for their eBay fees. That has nothing to do with the buyer.

  2. If you are not satisfied with the product or claim that it has been damaged, then they have the full right to return you your money.

  3. it means you can get your dosh bak if its faulty =)

  4. Refund mean's if you are buying any product, and there is defect........you can straight go to the owner and ask for the

refund money which you have paid for that./It mean's refund.

    Geeting your money back.

  5. Your purchase of the item on eBay did not go through.

The seller is trying to get their final value fee back (about 5% of the selling price).  To get it back, they have to file a non-paying bidder form.

If this wasn't your fault, the seller *may* file for mutually agreed to cancel and you *should* agree.  Mutually agreed to cancel doesn't hurt you as the buyer.

If this was your fault (eg, YOU failed to pay), then eBay is giving you the chance to state that you did pay before issuing you a non-pay strike.  Non-pay strikes can restrict your ability to bid, can get you suspened and eventually kicked off of eBay.

    READ the email carefully.

  6. It's talking about the fees yo incur while selling, IE ,....Extra photo and so on. If the deal falls though and it is not of you own fault , then these charges can be refunded.
