  3. Maybe you mean 'sepa la....'  It means 'who knows.'  

    It's a shortened sentence and usually what follows the word 'la' is 'madre' which is a meaning that goes along the lines of swearing, however some just don't finish the sentence.  

    It's almost like saying the word d**n, but some go to the extreme and use God's name in vain....if you know what I mean.

    LOL!  And no, it does not mean turkey or pumpkin.  

    Turkey = Pavo (or Guajolote... for some)

    Pumpkin=Calabaza

    OK...so you put up another question with a more correct spelling.  Boy, was I way off my mark!  LOL!!  However, the above is true.  :)
