What does [ sense of humor ] mean?

I know what it means but I never understood the exact meaning.

So is a person with a sense of humor like?

It means you can see the funny side of things, you enjoy a laugh, can take/tell a joke, etc. The opposite of serious and moody in a way I suppose =)
