What does service pack 2 do exactly?

because my computer keeps trying to update it. it wont work though, because my computer wont let it. some microsoft genuine stuff keeps popping up, which is annoying. what do i get when its updated?

  1. yeah you can update it because service pack brings or give some addition features to your operating system...

    btw you can download softwares for your pc on the link


  2. nothing much service pack 2 is just all of the previous updates in one .exe file
