Since this is in the preschool section, my best guess is that this is something your child heard his teacher say and if your child is just learning to talk, my best guess is that it means the teacher wants them to to move closer together so perhaps another child can fit in the circle.

You could ask his teacher.  She might know what your child is referring to.
