i LOVEEEEEEEEE skin toners. they make your face glowing, and gets rid of blemishes and other things on faces that arent attractive. lol. its like a cheat-cheat. but its a win-win!

Toners clean any soap residue, dirt and oil left over after washing your face. I agree with Sarah. They are good for keeping skin clear of blemishes.

Toners in general remove any residue from your face and prepare the skin for moisturizer.  This toner in particular also has tea tree so it helps treat acne.
