What does snorting pills do to your nose?

I know someone who has done this and it worried me,i knew it ate your nose out but i wanted a way to prove it because he didn't believe me.Is there anywhere that shows what it does?

it hurts sometimes....I used to do a lot s***, I quit everything and I'm 100% clean but I used to snort xanax and painkillers, coke etc....yeah it's pretty stupid and the next day you feel like c**p and you're nostril is all clogged up

It will BURN BADLY depending on the medication or substance. Then it will eventually eat away your septum...the part that is inbetween the two sides of your nose. You will have nosebleeds too. We see many kids in the ER who snort things and they have lots of bad outcomes. In the long run....it will collapse the nose when the cartilage in it is eaten away by the medication or the drug.

Eats away at your nasal cavity. Some things are more corrosive than others but their all bad.
