The hilly and dry terrain around Phoenix International Raceway contributes to many species of insects,reptiles and animals. Before race day, what is the first thing that track staff do before anyone arrives at the track ?

  1. We cover our holes in the ground, on Rattlesnake Mt.  before the fans arrive !! So, to not scare the fans off !!

    Great group of folks up there !!! They'll even pour a Corona or two down into the holes for us !!!


  2. they have to spray for underground beasts before each race like in the movie Tremors.
