What does swimming in high bacteria water do to you ?

me & my friends went swimming last week (pretty late at night)

when leaving we seen a sign that said closed by the board of health !!!

so yeah i researched it and the lake has high levels of bacteria...

should i call my doctors??

  1. It can make you sick.  I wouldn't call the doc unless you do get sick.  If you get sick, be sure to tell the doctor where you had been swimming and when, as the doctor can consult with the Board of Health to determine to what you may have been exposed.


  2. That depends, do you know what kind of bacteria and how contagious it was? Do you feel sick? I guess you would be safest to call the doctor but if you have no symptoms, how would the doctor find what is wrong?

    they wouldnt put that sign up

    if it was safe to start with

    The BOARD OF HEALTH obviously dont want you there for a reason
