Many laproscopic procedures can only be performed using technology. Microscopes, lasers, guided surgical instruments, MRI's, tiny cameras for doing colonoscopies and exploratory surgery, X-ray equipment, CT scanners, ECG and EKG machines, and a host of instruments in the laboratory to diagnose diseased states.
