see y u expressed ur opinion because always the boys used to see the girls who like them they used to see the the girls whom they like... and they also wait for her and even try hard to attract her.in ur case i think the boy is liking u so only he had not replied in properway.when he didnt like u means he might have scold or said that he didnt like u. wait for few days.he will accept u.till then u try to attract him in the his liked manner. bye sweety.
