What does that little flame beside the players name in NFL Head Coach mean?

I keep getting these little flame looking red symbols besides some of my key players, and when they have that symbol they don't play in the games, and its a big pain in the rear, anyone know what this is all about?

It means that player is doing good. So dont worry if u have that

I believe it could mean that they are on a "hot streak" because it's that same symbol next to players when it announces that they ARE on a hot streak.
