  1. 2 dots and 1 dot is for beginners .... such as 2 year olds and 1 year old ;)

  2. Nothing in particular.  My guess is that whoever designed the logo figured that the one dot and two dots on the domino would be distinctive and easy to remember.

    It certainly makes for a cleaner and less "busy" design than if they'd gone with a double-six domino, for example.

    The 3-dots are supposed to represent the original 3 stores that Tom Monaghan owned in Ypsilanti, Michigan...
