What does the Arabic word "Nasha" mean?

it's a white powder I don't know what it is called in english.

it isn't any of the above... starch = nasha ... usually it is an agent used to thicken liquids like milk and soups... it is used to make rice pudding or milk pudding..."muhalabie"

that means (drunk or consciness). by the way it's Farsi it's not Arabic. It's may be Arabic word too, but I don't know that where u got the word.
