  2. It's fun.

  3. Yes, I love this question. Bring on the Paul quotes. ^_^

  4. That its a sin.

  5. There were a few scriptural references already covered.  The Bible makes it clear that premarital s*x is wrong.  God instituted the marriage arrangement and following that shows respect for his standards.  However, God instituted that law for our protection.  For example, if you were to combine this law along with abstaining from both blood and bestiality AIDS would not exist if everyone were to follow all 3 laws.  Aside from that it helps to prevent unwanted pregnancies.  It also helps to put a stronger focus on the family arrangement, especially when combined with the Bible's laws on divorce.  If these laws were to be followed rather then engaging in casual premarital s*x a person would be more inclined to seek out a marriage mate with whom they could raise children as a couple.

    Many people today do not follow these laws and as a result divorce, single family homes, abortion, and STDs are increasing all the time.

    (Acts 15:28-29) For the holy spirit and we ourselves have favored adding no further burden to YOU, except these necessary things, 29 to keep abstaining from things sacrificed to idols and from blood and from things strangled and from fornication. If YOU carefully keep yourselves from these things, YOU will prosper. Good health to YOU!”

    (Leviticus 20:15-16)  “‘And where a man gives his seminal emission to a beast, he should be put to death without fail, and YOU should kill the beast. 16 And where a woman approaches any beast to have a connection with it, you must kill the woman and the beast. They should be put to death without fail. Their own blood is upon them.

    (Malachi 2:16) For he has hated a divorcing,” Jehovah the God of Israel has said;

    (Matthew 19:9) I say to YOU that whoever divorces his wife, except on the ground of fornication, and marries another commits adultery.”

  6. It says that s*x is an intimate act between husband and wife and that it is good and blessed by God.  s*x with someone married to someone else is called adultery, and is condemned.  s*x between two unmarried people is called fornication and is also condemned by Jesus.  All other sins are committed outside the body, so to speak, but s*x sin is a sin committed against your own body, which is the temple of the Holy Spirit.  We are told to present our bodies holy and pure as living sacrifices and to keep the marriage bed holy.    Sexual sin is the only type of sin we are told to flee from, rather than stand and fight.   We are prone to weakness in this area, so it is better to avoid getting into a situation of temptation from the start.  If you are being tempted by someone who is not your mate,  avoid being alone with him/her and make sure there's always a 3rd person present.  That tends to keep things pretty honest!

  7. “This is what God wills, . . . that you abstain from fornication; . . . that no one go to the point of harming and encroach upon the rights of” another.—1 Thessalonians 4:3-6.

    “Every other sin that a man may commit is outside his body, but he that practices fornication is sinning against his own body.”—1 Corinthians 6:18.

    “What! Do you not know that unrighteous persons will not inherit God’s kingdom? Do not be misled. Neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor men kept for unnatural purposes, nor men who lie with men, nor thieves, nor greedy persons, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners will inherit God’s kingdom”? (1 Corinthians 6:9, 10)

    The Bible tells of a young maiden who remained chaste despite intense love for her boyfriend. As a result, she could proudly say: “I am a wall, and my b*****s are like towers.” She was no ‘swinging door’ that easily ‘opened up’ under immoral pressure. Morally, she stood like the unscalable wall of a fortress with inaccessible towers! She deserved to be called “the pure one” and could say of her prospective husband, “I have become in his eyes like her that is finding peace.” Her own peace of mind contributed to the contentment between the two of them.—Song of Solomon 6:9, 10; 8:9, 10.

  8. Heb 13:4 Let marriage be honorable among all, and the marriage bed be without defilement, for God will judge fornicators and adulterers.

    1 Corinthians 6:12-25 and all of chapter 7

  9. If you have s*x God will condemn you to be burnt to death and an eternity of your soul caught on fire and perpetual agony of the burning.... But he loves you.

  10. It suggests you shouldn't shag goats or angels, for that matter.

  11. All s*x outside of marriage is considered adultery.  And God does not approve of that.
