  1. Anything and everything.

  2. Anything at all.

  3. most of the advice is about social and personal problems and they have most of the information on a computer programme( which isn't online for general public)  It will take you about 6 months of training before you can begin to advise, but you will find it very rewarding and interesting, you will meet people from all walks of life

  4. Any subject and can call on Solicitors  Etc,,

  5. The main areas of advice are about money, benefits, employment, housing, relationships and immigration.  These overlap considerably and much depends on the area your clients are drawn from.

The basic idea of Citizen's Advice is that people shouldn't be disadvantaged because they don't know their rights and responsibilities, or how to express themselves.

  6. It's a charity (or rather a network of charities) set up to advise people on financial, legal, and consumer issues, providing free and confidential help.

Typical issues they advise people on include: debt management, housing, welfare benefits, asylum and immigration, landlord/tenant disputes, employment problems, and consumer complaints.

Their stated aims are as follows:

To ensure that individuals do not suffer through lack of knowledge of their rights and responsibilities or of the services available to them, or through an inability to express their needs effectively.

To exercise a responsible influence on the development of social policies and services both locally and nationally.

  7. Anything that citizens get up too
