  1. the hd stands for high definition.

    you get a better picture with an hdtv but u also need an hd sky or cable or an hd dvd player to make the most of the tv.


  2. High Definition. Essentially, it has more lines, and so better resolution. In the US, standard definition (SD) TV has 480 lines. HD has 720, or 1080, depending upon the format.

  3. Hair De-lousing. Gets rid of lice while you watch TV. :0)
