  1. some people feel it is negative to use the word no matter what your race is. i believe how you say it gives it a disrespectful connotation. its not what you say it is how you say it! the reason this word is so touchy is because it was/is widely used to shame those of color/ethnicity beginning way before slavery. We all should build each other up with our words because we can never take them back.

  2. It's basically another word for "dude" or friend" or "man" like...

EX:  "That's hilarious!  I can't believe you did that... you're crazy, [insert n-word]."

Other people might say "dude" there instead of the n-word.  Oh... and most black people use the word with "a" at the end and not the full word itself... it's slang.

  3. that is bs and just a way to avoid angering her supporter

it is no different that saying that single white mothers have b******s but you can't refer to blacks that way

  4. The "N" word is just wrong and NOBODY should say it regardless of color....  Whoopi would say it would be ok because she'd be a hyprocrite if she didn't considering all the times she's used it in her comedy routines - but that's my own opinion.

  5. good question.  i saw the very last second on tv last night about that. missed the answer. if the word is not good for one person to say it shouldn't be good for anyone. if any race wants equality they need to start within themselves.  one world for all one language for all one college for all etc.
