  1. In Portuguese morte means death and only death. morto means dead.

    In Spanish, morte is murte.

  2. It means death

  3. Morte usually means 'death'.

If it's is preceded by a verb like 'petit', like 'petit morte' it means 'little death' aka 'o****m'.

'Mortician' has the same root word in 'morte', and is a 'person who works with the dead'.
