he was basically singing about how everyone, especially record execs, basically were using him and didn't give a c**p about who he really was.  Basically they rape him to get what they want and the h**l what happens to him because of it.

his fans too were included.

It's a twofold song. one level is about how he rapes himself via his heroin addiction, about how he knows he should stop, but keeps doing it anyway.

the other is the pressures of commercialization, what his record label are trying to get him to do for more money etc.
