  1. Not showing up in our Spanish disctionaries, nor have I ever heard of it in my 2 years of Spanish study.

  2. salvat is a common word in latin language  salvat means   saved

  3. I'm not coming up with anything. It must not be formal Spanish, then - perhaps American Spanish or another dialect? I know the prefix "salv-" has to do with saving, as "salvar" is "to save" in Spanish. But an ending of "-t" I've never seen before.

  4. in romanian it means - Saved

there is not any reference for this word in any other european language .

salvat - see root of english usage of word  - salvation ( salvation army )

please use google  language tools .

See what wiki says - http://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/salvat

  5. This is not Spanish, but Catalan, and means "saved".
