download this program it deletes all kinds of malicious software go to :

...after you download that make a full scan and thats it it will automatically delete it

Unfortunately there is no single tool that can remove every infection. You need to analyze your system first, and then have someone create a regimen of manual fixes for your system.  This can take a good chunk of time since most users never just have 1 infection, but multiple hidden infections.
