Sorry, i just got a b1/b2 visa recently and it actually says " annotation: 2 (a) (I) (II) does not apply" and dont know what it means. I was arrested 3 yrs ago in CA but the case was dismissed so Im assuming it has something to do with that?

  1. The annotation is not meant for you, but for the CBP officers at the Port of Entry.  It means that as interpreted by the Consular officer who issued the visa, the associated ground of inadmissibility does not apply - it is up to the CPB officer to make the final determination when you seek entry into the US.

  2. Give us a break. Section 2a sub 1 sub 11 OF WHAT? What are you applying for?
