  1. The hand holding the apple is edward and he is let's call it "the tree of knowledge" and bella is "eve'" . The apple is the forbidden love between edward and bella. The tree of knowledge being Edward is louring bella with the apple wich signifies love. Eve then can't stop the temptation that the tree of knowledge is causing her and she then falls for temptation being a sinner...or eventually becoming a vampire.
